As of 3 September 2026, there are fewer confirmed whole-team bike-brand changes for the 2026–27 cyclocross season than you might expect. Most of the interesting equipment changes are being caused by riders moving teams rather than established teams replacing their bicycle supplier.

The clearest genuine bike change is Joris Nieuwenhuis. He leaves Ridley Racing Team and joins Heizomat-CUBE for the 2026–27 season, so he moves from the Ridley X-Night platform to Cube machinery. Cube announced his multi-year deal specifically from the new cyclocross season.
Shirin van Anrooij is another significant change. Her move to Canyon//SRAM takes effect on 1 November 2026, meaning she will switch from the Trek bikes associated with her Baloise/Lidl-Trek setup to Canyon during the cyclocross season.
There are also some entirely new cyclocross structures. France has two new UCI teams for the coming winter: Specialized TMRW, which includes French champion Célia Géry, and a new Decathlon CMA CGM cyclocross programme. Specialized TMRW is therefore an additional high-level presence for Specialized rather than an existing squad switching brands.
Team Bomba Join is another new project, created by Laurens ten Dam and Stefan Bolt’s Live Slow Ride Fast organisation around Ryan Kamp and Mees Hendrikx. It will contest a full 2026–27 cyclocross programme, although no firm announcement identifying its final cyclocross frame supplier had been made, so we wait to see.
What about the major Belgian teams?
At present we cannot report any confirmed bike-brand switch for the major established Belgian teams:
Pauwels Sauzen-Altez Industriebouw – Ridley remains its bike supplier, although the previously announced agreement only explicitly ran to the end of 2026, which makes this one worth watching as the season progresses.
Crelan-Corendon-Stevens – No confirmed announcement that it is abandoning Stevens for 2026–27; it raced Stevens during 2025–26.
Baloise Verzekeringen-Het Poetsbureau Lions-Trek – There are major personnel changes, but no confirmed team-wide switch away from Trek that can be verified.
Heizomat-CUBE – The team isn’t changing bikes; the important development is Nieuwenhuis changing to its Cube bikes.
Alpecin/Fenix-Premier Tech-Canyon – Canyon remains a long-term partner of the Roodhooft organisation.
So the headline at the moment would probably be “New Bikes for Nieuwenhuis and Van Anrooij as 2026–27 Cyclocross Equipment Picture Takes Shape”, rather than suggesting there is a wholesale shake-up of team bike sponsors.
